After 8:00PM a late fee in the amount of $25.00 will be charged to the PUPs account. PUPs cannot be picked up later than 8:30PM. Your pup will be considered an overnight boarder and boarding rates will apply. Arrangements can be made the following day for pick up.
Payment for Services Rendered
Payment is due when the services are rendered. Accounts running over 30 days will be subject to suspension and your pup will not be able to return until the balance is paid and current. A valid credit card should be kept on file or payments can be received in advance.
Cancellation fees will be applied to the pup’s account when reservations are canceled. A 48-hour notice must be given, or a cancellation fee will be charged in the amount of $50.00.
Consults are by reservation only. Please call 781-944-5445 to set up a time. The cost of a consult is $40.00.
On the day of the consult please bring all pertinent information regarding the PUP’s current vaccines and any other information we need to keep on file i.e., medical paperwork. Without proof of this information, the consult cannot take place. Paperwork from the Town showing a valid Dog License would also be necessary for the pups file.
If your pup passes the consult and you would like the pup to stay for the day arrangement can be made with the Consultant.
If your pup does not pass the consult or the Consultant feels that a reschedule may be necessary, arrangements will be made during the first consultation.
Pups must have a name tag on them. This tag must have the pup’s name and the last name of the family.
For Daycare pups, if we feed your pup, there will be a $5.00 charge per meal, if you bring your own food. If we feed your pup, supplying our food, there will be a $10.00 charge per meal.
Food MUST BE distributed and bagged according to the Pup’s daily rations. We cannot accept the food in any other manner.
Daycare lunch bags must also be marked with your Pup’s first and last name to avoid any confusion at feeding time.
Full-day packages for 10 days can be purchased per the amounts in the Daycare Package Rates table. You cannot purchase full-day packages and use them for ½ days. We no longer offer ½ day packages.
Daycare pups must come a minimum of twice a month. Packages purchased must be used within 90 days of the purchase date otherwise you will lose the remaining balance.
If you do not renew a package when the package expires, and the pup continues to visit us you will be charged daily Daycare rates until you purchase a new plan. We will no longer backtrack on those dates that were used until a new package has been purchased.
Boarders must be dropped off by 10:00 AM on the first day of boarding. Boarders must be clients that have utilized the Daycare in the past. Your pup must have been at the Daycare for 2 weeks at least once during those weeks prior to boarding.
If required, we will administer medication, providing the medication is not complicated. There will be no additional charge for this service.
It is the responsibility of the client to correctly divide up the medication and place it into pill cassettes. The pill cassettes should be labeled with your Pup’s first and last name. We can no longer accept medication in any other manner but pill cassettes.

Boarding amounts per the Boarding Rates table will be charged for the number of nights the PUP is staying with us.
Boarders must be picked up by 11:00AM on their last day of boarding. If they are not picked up by 11:00AM, the pup will be considered a Daycare pup and you will be charged for the Daycare visit.
Boarding reservations should be paid when the request has been approved. A valid credit card should be kept on file.
We only accept healthy pups into the facility. We reserve the right to refuse a pup if the circumstances warrant this process.
