Experienced Manager, Groomer and Process Builder

With a decade of experience in the dog care industry, Jess has been promoted to Operations Supervisor! Having worked extensively both on the floor and behind the scenes in small local facilities and larger corporate environments, she has been instrumental in building out processes. Most recently, Jess spent two years honing her skills as a groomer. At Pet Companions Bed & Biscuit, Jess helping train the next generation of basic groomers while helping management build out process and smooth day-to-day operations. She bringing expertise and dedication to every aspect of her work. She adopted cutie-pie, Rusty - the weenie, last year to join Daisy!
