Each team member is encouraged to take on leadership roles in areas of personal interest from launching enrichment to streamlining operations to new hire training. We are dedicated to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

For over 10 years, Claudia has been a cornerstone of Pet Companions Bed & Biscuit. Proud mom to Bruno, the best Pitbull ever, Claudia has dedicated herself to fostering Pitbulls and helping them find their forever homes. Her leadership and expertise are invaluable to our team, and she's always the first to take our dogs on exciting Nature Walks.

Yaslin, known as "Yas," has been a vital part of Pet Companions Bed & Biscuit for nearly two years. She played a key role in successfully launching our Enrichment Program. Passionate about Animal Behavior, Yas is eager to further her studies with the goal of starting her own Pet business in the future.

Molly has been a dedicated member of Pet Companions Bed & Biscuit for nearly two years. Known for her meticulous care, you can always count on Molly to ensure everything runs smoothly at PCBB. The love of her life was a little "Chiweenie" named Chloe. She now shares her home with a beautiful cat named Indigo. With a passion for innovation, Molly aspires to launch her own business.

Emma has been a valued member of Pet Companions Bed & Biscuit for nearly two years. She is the proud mom of a German Shepherd named Ryder. Emma dreams of becoming a dog trainer specializing in "bully breeds" and reactive dogs. She is also passionate about canine nutrition, dedicating much of her time to learning more in this field

Experienced Groomer and Process Builder
With a decade of experience in the dog care industry, Jess has worked extensively both on the floor and behind the scenes in small local facilities and larger corporate environments. She has been instrumental in building out processes and a lobby. Most recently, Jess spent two years honing her skills as a groomer. At Pet Companions Bed & Biscuit, Jess is our primary groomer and also contributes to scheduling, bringing her expertise and dedication to every aspect of her work. She adopted cutie-pie, Rusty - the weenie, last year to join Daisy!

Leading with Love and Expertise
Grace is a dedicated leader for our AM and Overnight shifts at Pet Companions Bed & Biscuit. She has nearly two decades of experience in daycare and boarding as well as a formal training in Grooming. As a proud owner of an English Bulldog, you’ll often see her adorable puppy, Bean, featured on our social media. Beyond her role here, Grace is a mom to two amazing teenagers, and she brings her nurturing skills to the workplace, expertly balancing love and encouragement to handle all types of dogs.

A Veteran in Pet Care
With 20 years of experience in all facets of pet care, Mandy has held roles as a receptionist at a pet hospital, a vet technician at a veterinary office, an associate at a daycare and boarding facility, a dog walker, and a groomer. Her extensive background in every aspect of pet care has been an invaluable addition to our team at Pet Companions Bed & Biscuit. She is the proud mom or Mortimer and Winston!

Pete, a journalism graduate from Emerson College, has been a valued team member at Pet Companions Bed & Biscuit for nearly a year. With years of experience working at an urban dog daycare in Boston, Pete is our go-to guy for ensuring a smooth transition from afternoon to pick-up. He has a special knack for calming even the most intense dogs, making him an invaluable part of our team.

Experienced Tech and Fitness Enthusiast
Chazz works part-time in the afternoons at Pet Companions Bed & Biscuit, bringing both personal experience with his two dogs and four years of expertise as a Veterinary Technician. When he’s not with us, Chazz is a Team Leader at Planet Fitness, starting his days bright and early. He is also the proud dad of Blackjack!
