As a cage-free environment where dogs of all sizes and breeds play together, it’s essential that we ensure every guest is a safe and happy fit for The Biscuit.
To protect the well-being of all the dogs in attendance, a dog may not be eligible to attend if:
They are over six months old and remain unspayed or unneutered. Once a puppy is 6+ months they may no longer be intact.
They have a history of biting, aggression or excessive barking
They are not Licensed in the municipality in which they reside
They are not fully up to date on vaccinations, including a negative fecal exam
They have been asked to leave another daycare or boarding facility
If any of these apply, we kindly ask that you do not proceed with scheduling a consultation. That said, we welcome you to reach out if you’d like to discuss your pup’s situation further—we’re always happy to have a thoughtful conversation.
We are currently full on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We have availability on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
Please complete our consultation form and we will contact you to schedule a visit. There is a non-refundable $50 fee to schedule a consultation.
You’re welcome to schedule an on-site retrial after your first visit if needed. We completely understand that some dogs may need a little extra time to adjust to new surroundings or routines. Please note that prior approval is required to ensure we can provide the safest and most supportive environment possible.
Rest assured, there is no additional fee for this service, our goal is to help every dog feel comfortable, confident, and ready to enjoy their time with us.
If you have been part of our pack but have not visited in over three (3) months, please schedule a "reintroduction" visit.
A lot can change in three month including new dogs and new team members. We will slowly reintroduce your dog to the pack which will help ensure a safe and comfortable return for everyone!
A $50 fee applies for the on-site evaluation.

Meet & Greet
You and your dog will meet with our team in a comfortable consultation space. We will take time to get to know you both, discuss your dog’s needs, answer any questions you have and ensure the experience feels relaxed and welcoming.

Observation Window
You’ll be invited to watch your dog’s introduction through our big observation window! This gives you the chance to see how they interact and adjusting in a safe, supervised setting.

Yard Introduction
We’ll bring your dog to the front yard for a slow “meet & greet” with other dogs and staff. During this time, our team will be evaluating: Body language, Comfort & stress level, Interaction with dogs and staff, and how they Respond to corrections from dogs and staff.

Trial Stay
If the introduction goes well, your dog may be invited to stay for a few hours to get to know the environment. Sometimes a dog may do well in the intro but not feel ready for a longer stay. In this case, we’ll invite you back for a "retrial "at no additional cost.

Acceptance & Transition
Once accepted, we recommend your dog visits once or twice a week for 2–3 weeks to build comfort and familiarity. Booking recurring appointments is highly encouraged, as spots often fill quickly and waiting lists happen frequently.

Records & Requirements
A current Dog License and updated vaccination records are required by law to attend. Please send to [email protected] or bringing them to the consultation. Once you are a client, you can also upload them to your dogs record.
