Not sure on how this daycare was previously run however, my dog started going about a year ago and he absolutely loves it! We also had an issue with his eye one time when he got back from daycare and they reached out multiple times to check in on him. The new owners, laurel and her husband are lovely and very accommodating. Plus they have the best hours around for those in the medical field. Highly recommend!!

I have a very sweet but very timid and anxious mini golden doodle, Bailey. Bailey started at Bed and Biscuit August 2022. She has been an upstairs, office dog because she has been too timid to go out in the yard. It is so clear how much the staff care about her. In the beginning she used to walk in shaking when I dropped her off. Now as my car approaches Bed and Biscuit, her tail starts wagging and she jumps out of the car with excitement. All the staff who greet her at the door knows her name and is genuinely excited to see her. Recently Laurel and staff felt that she was ready to go out in the yard with other dogs. It was carefully planned and thought out, and successful! The staff were so excited for Bailey and so excited to tell me about her big day! I know that Bailey is well cared for there and from day one I have felt very comfortable leaving her there. I would recommend Bed and Buscuit whole heartedly to anyone who is looking for a safe, caring place to leave their pup.

They make you feel welcome, and the onboarding experience is very well done. They understand dogs have different personalities and integrate new dogs very slowly into the group in a way that even my shy dog was comfortable. The employees here are also truly fantastic. One of the prime things I look for in pet daycare are employees that are pet people, as opposed to simply workers. This place is full of pet lovers and it shows in their personality and honestly how happy my dog is to go there. Very glad the new owners reached out, because taking my dog here has been a much better experience for both my dog and I then we previously had. (plus my old place closed all the time on any little holiday, you can count on this place being open and well staffed)
I have been bringing my Belgian/German Shepard mix to Pet Companions since she became part of the family seven years ago. The new owners upgraded the space and programs beautifully! They employ loving caregivers, and offer enrichment services and personal care like nail trims and baths. They are careful to make sure every dog is comfortably integrated and they have a space upstairs for those who need a little alone time. I wouldn’t leave my Gracie anywhere else. It’s like dropping her off at camp. When I go away I know she’s in great hands!
Weekly daycare for our cutie. She loves going. Check this place out
We have been sending our 3 year old dog there since he was a puppy and we/he couldn't be happier. When he sees us grab his leash with our keys when leaving in the morning before work he gets SO pumped because that combination at that time of day can only mean one thing -- Pet companion!
My dog has been going here for about 5 years and the new owners have made it so adorable with special touches for individual dogs. They care for the people and the pooches. Even my 9 year old (mainly boards with some daycare) can't wait to go play and comes home happy & exhausted
This is one of those reviews I'm hesitant to write because I really don't want more people to find out how great "the Biscuit" is. :-) I started bringing my Labrador retriever Callie to the Biscuit when she was just a puppy and I needed a break at home to get work done. That was 3 years ago. She loves it. She loves the large outdoor space with the pools and climbing toys (yes, they have a doggie slide.) She looooooves the amazing staff there. She loves all the attention and belly rubs. I love the fact that there is outdoor space for Callie and her friends to play in the fresh air. I love that when I board her there, a human sleeps in the same room with the dogs. No cages. I love how friendly everyone is and how well-run the business is. I love the fact that the new owners are revamping and refreshing things--not only the building itself like new paint, flooring, air purifiers--but also the offerings. Now you can get grooming services on site and there are so many enrichment activities to choose from. I tried 3 other doggie daycare businesses in the area before I found the Biscuit. I'm so happy I found them. I can't recommend the Biscuit and its staff highly enough.
Our faithful companion Shadow reports that he had a fantastic time at the "Bed & Biscuit" while us hoomans navigated pressurized aluminum tubes and family. The new owners (as of 2023) are fantastic at keeping us updated through direct contact and social media. Pet Companions is particularly specific to make sure the dogs all get along, so an advance site visit is required. Some differentiators is they have sufficient staff on hand at all times, the dogs have a good time, and they understand how to interpret "Woof, oof, Oofoh wah Ooof" and other things that our four legged friends say in the language of Bark. This isn't the place with the lowest cost by any means, but it is Shadow's favorite place to go. He knows it by name and looks forward to his vacations. The best thing -- he is smiles when we pick him up and then sleeps a lot to get his energy back for next time. Enjoy, or Shadow says "Arf!" (Pic of Shadow taken by Pet Companions)
We have had three dogs at Pet Companions. Without a doubt, they love our dogs and that makes them better doggies! They care for our dogs and make sure they are safe at all times. I trust the staff and management to do the best for doggies and families alike. I appreciate that they are starting new programs and activities for the dogs. We have also been using their boarding services for over ten years. Our vacations are better because we don't worry about the dogs.
My dog Keeley absolutely LOVES going to Pet Companions! She is always so happy jumping out of the car to go in and will play with all her friends almost non-stop while there. The staff is all so friendly and it is obvious that they love their job and having the opportunity to play with so many amazing dogs. I always get a verbal report of how Keeley did for the day and often get to hear a fun story of how Keely especially loved playing with one dog or another (most often Lucky!). We have loved how happy Keeley has been at Pet Companions, that we added an additional day and will likely be adding more to give her that fun outlet for all of her puppy energy as the winter approaches. Thank you Pet Companions!!
I have been using Pet Companions for over 12 years. My Newfie Spankey went here from 6 months old-12 years old. Had to stop sending him due to his age and illness. I had a foster fail last year lol. Now Fergus goes here for daycare. I always recommend Pet Companions when anyone asks who I use. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my fur baby's care.
