We've made a deliberate choice not to offer live webcam access. Here's why: clients who aren't familiar with how dogs play together can easily misread normal dog behavior — rough play, posturing, mounting — and worry unnecessarily. Instead, we offer something better: a team that knows your dog personally and keeps you informed with context.

Don't forget — fecal testing is required every 6 months
All boarding guests must have a current fecal test on file (within the last 6 months). Intestinal parasites like Giardia can spread quickly in a group environment, and many dogs show no symptoms at all. We offer convenient in-house fecal testing — just drop a sample on any visit and we handle the rest.

Every boarding stay includes a full daycare day on arrival, overnight supervised care with our team, and another full daycare day on departure (if pick-up is after 9am). Your dog stays in their normal rhythm — no downgrade in activity or attention.

Bring your dog's food pre-portioned by meal in labeled bags or containers. For medications, we administer simple oral or topical medications for $3 per administration. Please bring medications in their original packaging with clear instructions. If your dog has complex medical needs, reach out before booking so we can make sure we can accommodate them properly.

We offer house food — Open Farm Wild Caught Salmon — for $10 per meal. It's a high-quality, allergy-friendly option. If your dog skips a meal, we'll let you know. We track feeding at every meal and flag anything unusual.

Peak weeks include school vacation weeks and summer. Holiday surcharges apply around major holidays — Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day. Full dates are listed on our FAQ page. We recommend booking early for all peak periods — spots fill fast.

Yes — because boarding includes a full daycare day, all boarding guests must have completed the Discovery Program and been approved for daycare first. This ensures your dog is comfortable in our environment before spending the night. It's not a formality; it's how we make sure boarding is actually a good experience for your dog.
