With a shared passion for animals and decades of hospitality and leadership experience, Laurel and Erik have shaped Pet Companions Bed & Biscuit into more than just a traditional daycare and boarding facility but rather a home-away-from-home for your loved ones.

Laurel Britt-Webb

Laurel is a lifelong dog lover whose calm and thoughtful leadership has shaped Pet Companions into a place where dogs feel safe, enriched, and truly cared for. She is deeply involved in the daily flow of the business—overseeing care routines, guiding and supporting the team, and ensuring that every dog is treated with kindness, patience, and respect. Laurel’s vision is rooted in the belief that pet care should go beyond the basics, creating an environment that nurtures each dog’s emotional wellness as much as their physical needs.

Behind the scenes, Erik, plays a vital role in the growth and operations of Pet Companions. From systems and strategy to logistics and improvements, he brings balance and structure to the business—allowing Laurel’s vision to flourish. Erik’s steady dedication shows in the quality, consistency, and integrity of the Pet Companions experience. Jessica

Experienced Manager, Groomer and Process Builder. With a decade of experience in the dog care industry, Jess has been promoted to Operations Supervisor! Having worked extensively both on the floor and behind the scenes in small local facilities and larger corporate environments, she has been instrumental in building out processes that keep everything running efficiently. Most recently, Jess spent two years honing her skills as a groomer. At Pet Companions Bed & Biscuit, Jess helps train the next generation of basic groomers while assisting management in building out processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. She brings expertise, dedication, and a thoughtful approach to every aspect of her work.

Paula keeps our operations running smoothly from her home office in Wisconsin! She is the friendly, approachable, and highly efficient point of contact who ensures that every client question is answered promptly and every billing detail is accurate and handled in a timely manner. Paula truly loves building meaningful relationships with our families and consistently strives to make each interaction feel personal, welcoming, and completely stress-free. Whether she’s helping schedule services, tidying up account details, or coordinating behind-the-scenes tasks, Paula plays a key role in making the Pet Companions Bed & Biscuit experience feel thoughtful, seamless, and professional. Her dedication and attention to detail ensure that both pets and their families always feel well cared for and supported.

Based in the Philippines, Jollia is the creative force behind much of what our community sees, celebrates, and engages with. As Laurel’s Marketing Coordinator and brand design partner, she plays a pivotal role in bringing our visual identity and storytelling to life. From crafting our weekly Paw Print newsletter and curating engaging social media content to designing employee handbooks, training manuals, and a wide array of branded graphics across The Biscuit, Jollia ensures every piece of communication is polished, cohesive, and on brand. Her keen eye for design, thoughtful attention to detail, and passion for creativity help make every interaction with The Biscuit visually appealing, memorable, and meaningful for our community.
