We focus on basic grooming — the kind that bridges the gap between full professional grooms and keeps your dog comfortable, clean, and healthy in between. No elaborate styling, no guesswork — just expert, attentive care in a calm environment your dog actually enjoys.
Our grooming is open to the entire community. You don't need to be a daycare client to book — though our members enjoy meaningful discounts on every visit.
Coat-specific shampoos. We select the right shampoo for your dog's coat type — whether short, medium, long, or double-coated. Nothing one-size-fits-all.
Hand-dried first, then low-noise dryer. We always hand-dry before using any dryer equipment — and we use low-noise dryers only, to keep the experience calm.
A calm, familiar environment. Your dog isn't dropped into a loud, unfamiliar salon. They're in The Biscuit — a space they know, with a team that knows them.
Appointments run 1–2 hours. We don't rush. Every dog gets the time and attention they need to have a genuinely good experience.

Bath, Dry, Brush & Nails
SignatureOur all-in-one signature service. A thorough bath with a coat-specific shampoo, hand-drying followed by a low-noise dryer, a full brush-out to remove loose fur and detangle, and a nail trim to finish. Your dog leaves clean, comfortable, and looking their best.
Deshedding Treatment
Designed for double-coated breeds and dogs going through seasonal shedding. A specialized deshedding shampoo and conditioner loosens the undercoat, followed by a focused brush-out using professional deshedding tools. The result: dramatically less fur on your floors, and a healthier, more comfortable coat for your dog.
Paw Pad or Sanitary Trim
Two targeted trims, available individually or together. A paw pad trim removes excess fur between pads for better traction on slippery surfaces and less debris collection. A sanitary trim keeps the belly and rear area clean and hygienic — especially important for longer-coated dogs.
Ear Clean & Pluck
A thorough ear cleaning to remove wax, dirt, and odor — helping prevent infection and keeping ears healthy. For breeds that require it — Poodles, Shih Tzus, and similar — we also offer light plucking to reduce moisture buildup and improve air circulation.
Brush Out
A dedicated brush-out session for longer-haired dogs — detangling, removing loose fur, and distributing natural oils throughout the coat. Regular brush-outs prevent matting, reduce shedding, and keep your dog's coat in the best shape between full grooms. Also included monthly with Trailblazer membership.

Not at all — grooming is open to the entire community. You're welcome to book a grooming appointment whether or not your dog attends daycare or boarding with us. That said, our Companion and Trailblazer daycare members do receive meaningful discounts on every grooming visit.

Most appointments run between 1 and 2 hours depending on your dog's coat type, size, and temperament. We don't rush — every dog gets the time they need for a calm, positive experience. We'll give you a more specific estimate when you book.

We focus on basic grooming — baths, brush-outs, nail trims, ear care, and deshedding — rather than breed-specific styling cuts. If your dog needs a breed-specific trim or elaborate style work, we'd recommend pairing our services with a full-service groomer for that portion. We're the perfect complement between full grooms.

A brush out is focused entirely on detangling, removing loose fur, and maintaining coat health — no bath, no nails. It's ideal for dogs with longer coats who need regular maintenance between full groom appointments. A full groom (Bath, Dry, Brush & Nails) includes everything: bath, drying, full brush-out, and nail trim.

Companion daycare members receive 10% off all grooming services automatically. Trailblazer members receive 20% off all grooming, plus a free monthly brush out is included with their membership. Discounts are applied at booking — no codes needed.
