We’ve missed you, and your dog!

If it’s been three (3) months or less since your dog’s last visit, we kindly request a “Reintroduction” visit before they can rejoin us. Please fill out form below.

If it has been more than four (4) months, we require your to participate in our Discovery Program. This four-day program is required as part of an induction period to ensure our team knows your dog, their unique behaviors and preferences prior to rejoining the pack. Please fill out a new client form.

Why must I do this? Our pack has grown with new friends and personalities, new team members and new programs and structure. Dogs also mature and circumstances evolve. Your dogs comfort levels may shift — and we’re here to honor that with thoughtful attention and care.

Therefore, we will no longer accept returning clients after four-months without a successful completion of our Discovery Program. This program reflects our commitment to safety and harmony in our cage-free environment.
