We’ve missed you, and your dog!

If it’s been more than three (3) months since your dog’s last visit, we kindly request a “Reintroduction” visit before they can rejoin us.

Our pack has grown with new friends and personalities, new team members and new additions around the house. We want to be sure your dog feels just as at ease and confident as the day you left them in our care. We also want to ensure that the other dogs also feel comfortable with their new or old friend. Above all, this step reflects our commitment to safety and harmony in our cage-free environment.

As dogs mature and circumstances evolve, their comfort levels may shift — and we’re here to honor that with thoughtful attention and care. You can learn more about the process on our Consultation page. Thank you for understanding that our approach is for everyone.

Please note: The Reintroduction visit is $50, and for most pups, it includes a full day of play.
