Our grooming area is equipped with a professional tub, high-velocity dryer, and grooming products

Groom dogs from our busy daycare and boarding community with room to grow.

And bring your own clients for an even higher commission.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality grooming services including — baths, brushing, trims, breed cuts, nails, ears, teeth and finishing
Nail trims for our monthly members
Safe, low-stress handling for dogs of all sizes and temperaments
Consult with pet parents on style and coat care
Manage your own schedule and fulfill our weekly grooming bookings
Handle dogs safely, patiently and confidently across all breeds, sizes and temperments
Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary grooming space that reflects our premium standards
Communicate grooming notes and observations clearly following company protocol
Work collaboratively with our daycare and boarding team to support overall dog well-being

Qualifications

Prior hands-on grooming experience (salon, daycare, boarding, or veterinary setting)
Calm, confident, and compassionate, especially with nervous or senior dogs
Detail-oriented with pride in quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Someone who treats grooming as a craft, not a race
A great fit for parents, career groomers, or semi-retired groomers

Pay and Other Logistics

Hours based on booked appointments- our clients and yours
We are open on weekends so ample opportunity to build a strong weekend business
40% commission on our clients/ 50% on your own clients (Our grooming rates between $50-$160)
100% tips on dogs you service
