Provide high-quality grooming services including bathing, brushing, blow-drying, nail trims, ear cleaning, and light trims
Create a low-stress, positive grooming experience for every dog
Handle dogs safely, patiently, and confidently across all breeds, sizes, and temperaments
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming space that reflects our premium standards
Communicate grooming notes and observations clearly following company protocols
Observe and report any skin, coat, or health concerns with care and professionalism
Work collaboratively with the daycare and boarding teams to support overall dog wellbeing
Prior hands-on grooming experience (salon, daycare, boarding, or veterinary setting)
Calm, confident, and compassionate, especially with nervous or senior dogs
Detail-oriented with pride in quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Someone who treats grooming as a craft, not a race
A great fit for parents, career groomers, or semi-retired groomers
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Saturday and/or Sunday availability required
Opportunity for additional weekday shifts based on demand
$18–$22 per hour, based on experience
