Do you love dogs and thrive in a team atmosphere? Join our team as an Overnight Associate (Pet Care Specialist). We are looking for an experience and dedicated team member to provide exceptional care for our dogs while keeping our facility clean, organized, and running smoothly. You will providing them with companionship and reassurance throughout the night sleeping in the room with your furry friends. Additionally, you will complete various tasks around the property to maintain a clean and organized environment.

We're seeking motivated, energetic, positive individuals who enjoy all things dogs. We love team members who thrive on following processes, taking initiative, finding solutions and being a positive contributor to our close-knit team. We are looking to build our team with partners who want to be part of our exciting growth.

A typical evening would include a “Team Huddle” with our afternoon staff to review the “Game Plan” where you will learn how the day went, what dogs are boarding and what tasks require completion. You will spend time with the dogs while they get to know you, let them out into the yards and then settle into their evening routine while you complete the last of the tasks. It will then be “light’s out” for you and furry friends where you will be paid to sleep! The morning would include letting the dogs out, cleaning any overnight messes, setting up the yards for the day and begin feeding.
