Overnight Associate

We’re seeking motivated, energetic, and positive individuals who truly enjoy working with dogs. Our ideal team members thrive on following processes, taking initiative, problem-solving, and contributing positively to our close-knit team. We’re excited to grow with people who want to be part of our continued success.

Your evening will begin with a Team Huddle alongside our afternoon staff to review the day’s Game Plan, including how the day went, which dogs are boarding, and what tasks need to be completed. You’ll spend time with the dogs as they get to know you, let them out into the yards, and help them settle into their evening routine while finishing assigned tasks. Once it’s “lights out,” you’ll sleep alongside your furry friends, and yes, you’re paid to sleep! In the morning, you’ll let the dogs out, clean up any overnight messes, prepare the yards for the day, and begin feeding.

Do you love dogs and thrive in a team-oriented environment? We’re looking for an experienced, dedicated Overnight Associate to provide exceptional overnight care for our dogs while helping keep our facility clean, organized, and running smoothly.
